I agree, but he shouldn't have been allowed, no matter what the consequences to him as a player, the club and team are more important than one player.

Exactly and that point applies to the entire team, why did someone else not step in for the reasons stated? Its also the reason I said the other players hid.

I dont believe for one second Bamford put his own Ego first, no one else wanted the responsibility.

Why didn't someone step in? Because no-one wanted to and no-one had the cahoonas to do so. That was my point in earlier posts, but the old adage applies "none are so blind as those who will not see"

You are the cause of many people no longer posting on here.

    You have variously;

    compared me to Andrew Wakefield
Told me to leave the website when a relative died
    Being vile and instilling
    Wished the world would end
You PM’d me to say you though Oz was making his condition up

Not sure it is me who is unpleasant but I really don’t care what you think most of the time I just wish there was a ‘volume’ control.

You often make insightful points but this inability to let things go or desire to have people validate your opinion or agree with you is sad and often annoying when you won’t let it go.

Bamford is fcuking useless at the moment yet you seem to want to keep your love affair going with him or more likely just to be contrary.

You appear to dislike the fact I call you out more often than others when you just endlessly make the same boring stupid point ad infinitum. Simple solution try to stop spouting so much nonsense.
You give yourself more credit than you are worth. You are by some measure the most unpleasant person to post on this forum, but I don't dislike you, I just pity you when someone with clear intelligence chooses to make needlessly disgusting comments for reasons that are known only to you.

Last response to your posts, and this undertaking I most certainly will keep.

For me I'd like a bit of honesty from players of late particularly playing when not fit.

Truth is neither Bamford or Rodrigo have been fully fit from game one.
Orta deals have had quite a few players arriving after serious injuries sustained whilst playing for previous clubs in truth, Rodders & Bamf alongside Foreshaw & Firpo are classic examples & this week Foreshaw admitted to playing when only 60% fit - sadly it shows & personally not great to see such a situation when others are stuck on the bench or indeed shown the loan out door, IMO.

Big Sam at this weeks presser stated that not keeping Viduka & Owen fit when he managed Newcastle cost him his job - well, any player fully fit needs games & players not fully fit carrying injuries will come unstuck very quickly career wise if they cross the white line physically/mentally not 100%.

So yeah honesty & responsibility on this penalty situ falls on the Manager for me & a fully fit, focused mind was not having Bamford anywhere near taking that penalty end of.

I think if we had Sam from start of season, we would be mid table.

I've questioned his playing Bamford and Firpo. It's probably unfair, as he's been brought in with 4 games left to a team going backwards. He's decisions are based on the short time he has, probably thinking to try and stick with what you have (not much experience in reserve and maybe not fair to give youth its chsnce at this time)

I'll say again, once Bamford took the ball no one is going to get into a haggling with him prior to the kick.

Wasn't he supposed to have left for good (a long time ago)? Was there a petition to persuade him back that I somehow missed?
