There's several problems which everyone is aware of but the biggest one is that we're trying to win games with just 2 midfield players, Sibbald and Harkes. Not sure how but Goodwin needs to do something there, headscratcher with what's available but I think maybe he has to go 451 and ask McGrath to work harder up and down in the middle with the 2 mentioned above.

Players shouldn't be going to stuff like that except events for the club they are currently with. Unprofessional.
