My sleep pattern has been rubbish for years now. I wake up several times a night and sometimes don't fall asleep at all. Then I have to get up at three or four in the morning and go downstairs. I listen to some music then about 6-6.30am I start to feel tired and dog doze on the sofa. Even with medication to help me sleep and to stop restless leg syndrome I still never get a good clear night's sleep.
