Its not a great advert for UK politics that 3 of the main leaders from the last General
Election have been booted out or resigned in the way they have.

Hopefully we get better in future.

Its not unusual for the leader of a party that failed to get elected to power to change, but to have 3 different PM's in one parliamentary term is very unusual, if not unprecedented especially when the governing party has aa big majority.

If that had been Labour the majority of the media would be howling about instability and incompetence in government.
