Hard to tell, there will of course been more than what came out there always is and I think he knew that especially about his wife. I know the whistle blower in the case Angela McCallum I used to work with her man. Fife council was ****ing riddled with corruption back then as was proven, up there with Liverpool & Degsy the *******s

So confirmation again that no police action was taken with him.

    cheers.

I am not defending Mrs Murrell but witnesses probably need to give evidence under oath, a witness for the prosecution side would not be "arrested" at the initial enquiry stage. When does helping police with their enquiries turn into arrested?

5hrs worth of questioning left for polis alba.

No. I was trying to explain that McLeish received more than enough money as the First Minister of Scotland plus lavish expenses without having to sublet his constituency office to rake in more money.
In my opinion this was pure greed and he got caught.

Ultimately all the investigations by Police Scotland will be handed over to the Procurators Department and the Crown Office for them to make decision who to arrest and charge with the theft of the missing £600,000.
I reckon that the missing £600k was put towards a large deposit on a house in Bridge of Allan.

Looks like the donations haven't been declared and the documents are missing. You wonder how any accountants would even go near that mess.

I suspect that the SNP hierarchy begged accounting firms throughout the U.K. to audit their accounts before the deadline.
It is very surprising that the SNP leaders appointed a firm of accountants who are based in England when the SNP are desperate for Scotland to leave the U.K. including England.

Useless was desperate and would appoint any accounting firm.
In my opinion the previous firm who audited the SNP accounts need to explain why they have not highlighted these irregularities in the SNP accounts.
Things are bad when a firm auditing annual accounts has to highlight problems in their report in the annual accounts.
