According to figures today almost 1 in 4 Scots are "out of the labour market and not seeking jobs" What exactly does that mean? I presume it means those not in further education or OAP's?
Not 1 in 4 are unemployed and looking for work but 1 in 4 are unemployed and have no intention of working, that canny be right? The plan seems to be to relax Brexit and immigration laws to get Johnny Foreigner over here and put him to work, be a better plan to cut the Giro by a tenner a week till the ****s get a job.
