    Michael is always going to attract speculation with the jobs he's done over here and at Cheltenham on meagre resources .

    One thing I will say is that Michael isn't your stereotypical manager who will be off the first chance he gets , not saying for a minute he won't move on and Swansea may well be that club but they will have to be the right club for him at the right time in his career .

    He'd only ever worked at two clubs before he came here , Burnley and Cheltenham so we are hopeful he'll stick around and give it another go next season after last season's near miss .

    Ouch , it still hurts btw .
