No matter what the situation regarding PGA golfers wanting to joining the bandwagon, the fact that 49-ers Enterprises already have a shareholding isn't relevant to the ownership issue, nor the evaluation by the EFL of those shareholders as "fit and proper persons" etc", because no such evaluation will have been required as, until recently, there was no acquisition of the club in prospect.

Accepting that the evaluation will be limited to the "top 11", it's still going to be end-June before the white smoke emerges.
