Needs game time which he won't get at Anfield yet.

Hopefully he has the same kind of success at Preston as Clarkson did with us.

Matty Kennedy linked with a move to Killie to link up with DM.

So we know who to put on for first scorer against us when we play them first next season.

    .

    On a crappy plastic pitch?

That'll be him good for at least 2 games a season.

He played for Kilmarnock before he went to Everton. He got a right load of stick from Killie fans during the cup replay at R*gby Park just before the jandies thing. When he scored in extra time, he milked the celebration.

Nae idea what his true level is, but some of his attempts at crossing suggest that he could be doing with dropping a division yet.

More worryingly, he's wasn't even near the worst in our squad either.

Possibly lazy journalism linking him with Killie.
It's not as though McInnes got much of a tune out of him either.

Good luck to the loon though.

A series of programmes on the BBC iplayer, from tomorrow, about Scottish footballing icons.

First up is Charlie Nicholas. I loved Charlie when he played for us.

I know it will be Celtic heavy, but I'll still be watching.

Not a bad watch. Nice to hear him say he shouldn't have went back to Celtic.
I reckon we would have won the league in 91 if he had stayed.

Once appeared on an NME front cover which impressed me.

Paul Sturrock, Steve Archibald, Archie MacPherson, a lassie and a dead club captain make up the rest of the programmes.

    Watched the Sturrock Icons programme.

God pops up in a few of these and reminded us in the Sturrock one, that although Utd were good at getting to finals, they couldn't quite win them like Aberdeen did. Harsh but fair.
