    Bin strike latest

Strike action has been suspended, they will be working next week.
If you can't wait till next week the yellow tip in Wolvo is open, please use the south bank.
The tip in Witton is also open, use the Holte end.

Having had to leave the grey bin at the end of the drive for a good two weeks and then found some cheeky arse on our road had managed to put one of their own filthy black bags full of household waste in my bin!!

The council were also very dismissive of recycling waste as it was not priority. So if they dont want it I will now shove it in the household waste from now on

I can never understand how come it takes so many blokes on one truck to do collections?

The driver has the world’s easiest job, money for old rope.
