We’ve never scored against opposition who kicked the ball at.
I’m not sure Starc would agree about the catch. Personally I thought it was OK, until that is, the rule was read out and the 3rd umpire explained his decision.
The Bairstow incident, I can’t agree with you on. Any normal batter would make sure the keeper has moved the ball on. Ordinarily they throw to a slip. Bairstow was arrogant enough to not even look. Next you’ll be saying that batters can’t be stumped. The only reason some are miffed is because it doesn’t happen. Doesn’t make it wrong.
I can’t buy in to this ‘spirit of the game’ nonsense either. No rules were broken. Just like watching bouncer after bouncer after bouncer.

You are saying a batsman can’t be stumped because you are debating that very point. Bairstow was stumped not run out. The ball wasn’t dead ‘end of’ as Carey threw done the stumps. You must have paused your TV to get to an opinion of the ball had been with Carey for a number of seconds or even a minute after Carey caught it.
