The chap from Colliers who’s commenting in the piece is a friend of mine John Webber, he’s from Stourbridge and I played Sunday football with him for years, a real good lad.

Yes, the 300% Council Tax rate in Wales forced us to start renting out our Tenby property and converting to Business Rates.

We’ve gone from having to pay £10k in Council Tax to paying zero Business Tax…..it’s utter stupidity by the Welsh politicians, a lack of business nous and understanding and the politics of envy.

They seem to think that all second home owners are multi millionaires and that by making life tough for us they’ll force us to sell to locals.

Ludicrous.

They seem to forget it was locals who cashed out and sold to many of us.
