    I don't ridicule the guy he does that all by himself. I simply point out that he makes some understandable but erroneous assumptions.

    And no, of course I'm not the only one who is able to get things right, but over the last month and a half (at least!), I'm the only one (apart from a little late in the day, some of the journos like Phil Hay) to state that we would be waiting for EFL approval before anything happens on player transfers, in or out. And contrary to some comments from other posters, I know enough about employment contract law as applied to football at any professional level, to know that unless and until the EFL give their approval, NO transfers in or out can be completed, because the players need to leave and or join a club affiliated to the EFL, and the 49E consortium don't currently own such an entity, THAT is FACT.
