I suspect (in fact I know it isn't a contract with the current owner), because Radrizanni really can't be bothered with LUFC any more. As such, he is highly unlikely to offer a contract via his LUFC-owning companies to any new manager/coach (nor anyone else in any capacity at LUFC).

In normal circumstances i.e anything that doesn't apply to LUFC, you are correct, the club employs the manager/coach, but as Radrizzani isn't going to offer a contract to anyone, and no-one would sign it anyway, the only way for Farke to begin work is for 49E to contract with him (just as they have with Webber) and for that contract to be subject to TUPE processes when the take-over is approved.

My "endless negative narrative" has been proved correct over the last two seasons, we are where I predicted, and we end up with an ownership sh1theap situation that passes any comparison with previous LUFC cluster-f00ks.

As for Farke, we will see, he won't do f00k all unless 49E have very deep pockets because once the take-over is approved there will be an exodus of players (good and bad) and let's not forget we're a week away from playing Scum in Oslo and about 5 weeks from new seasons start.
So the lad who signed today Max McFaddan, his first professional contract… has he signed to the 49ers, no he’s signed for the club………,,,,,,,,,

And he's oh so likely to be playing in our first team when precisely (might be next week if the rumoured outgoings come to pass)?

And before you crow too loudly you might want to establish if, at his age, he could do so anyway?

There will be no significant incoming players signed for the LUFC 1st team until the EFL approval is forthcoming, take that to the bank.

You’re crowing how you know everything and stated LUFC couldn’t sign any players, you were obviously wrong… but we’ll be waiting a while before you admit that you maybe got that bit wrong, it’s a professional contract, he would be available to play 1st team football

You know who (or what) the entity is to whom this young lad is contracted? As with Farke, unless he is expected to play for LUFC competitively (at any level) in the very near future, he has no need of a contract that is with the entity affiliated to the EFL (which the 48ers clearly aren't, yet.).

And should I be wrong, you would suggest we get all excited about this earth- shattering development?

I say again, no player of significance will sign for LUFC until the EFL sanction the takeover, nothing else matters (unless of course you prefer to spend your time attempting to prove me wrong)

    Not just me with the view that things await ELF sanction;

They can either sign players or they can't... BBC reported today McFadden signed a professional contract with Leeds United (not SF49s) and that Koch has gone on loan to Eintracht Frankfurt. So am pretty sure Leeds could sign loanees and free agents and likewise as been seen send players out on loan at least.
You said you knew Farke's deal is with the 49s too

Oh I am so sorry, you mean that little old me has such a profound effect on you that (maybe) when I'm wrong about something you get all "stimulated?

I suspect I'm more right than wrong (and a f00k sight more than you and those who think like you do about where we are).

Stop being an obtuse - read the rules on player ownership - third party ownership is forbidden - of course the club signed him.

Called out by several people and still you keep digging - none of us are surprised anymore by the inonsense you repetitively and endlessly spout.

Strange, given how "focussed" you are on establshing how "wrong" I might be that you ignore that FACT, that McFadden is/was ALREADY contracted to LUFC........

"The 17-year-old who plays across the forward areas, has been seen primarily on the wings since arriving in the summer of 2022.".

"A number of impressive performances in his 20 outings for the Under-18s side saw McFadden progress into the Under-21s, making three appearances in Premier League 2 towards the end of the promotion winning 2022/23 campaign."

So whilst he may have entered into a professional capacity with LUFC, he was ALREADY contracted to the club as a member of the youth sides, (and hence with the current owner) some 12 months ago. Try to do your homework next time (took me 30 seconds with Google).
