Anyone aged 16 or over can legally have s e x with anyone aged 16 or over, it doesn’t matter if the two involved are 16 and 90.

It would seem that the mother approached the BBC two months ago to get them to ask this man to stop.

She’s approached The Sun about it and NOT asked for a fee.

Her son/daughter was not involved in illegal activity, more like unethical behaviour from a high profile individual paid for by the public purse.

If this bloke had phoned your typical w a n k line and indulged in this stuff ( like Bernd Hass did whilst playing for us ) you do put yourself at risk but it then just looks tasteless and lacking in judgement rather than picking on a vulnerable 17 year old.
