I'd definitely want them to stay as we seemed to be better with them in the team than out of it

Wober Cresswell Cooper Struijk and Hjelde is a pretty decent set of centrebacks at championship level

We know that Koch and Llorente are leaving, bought for a combined 30 million we'd have expected them to end up better than they actually were, but these are the types of players we need rid of imo i'd also include Kristensen, Roca, and Aaronson in this list (Aaronson doesnt lack some ability, he lacks any kind of physicality and when you compare him to someone of a similar height like Forshaw or Gnonto, these lads have some strength about them, unfortunately for me, Aaronson is 1 of those who could have the potential, but right now, not at Leeds)

Adams i think might actually enjoy the rough stuff of the championship, and him and Wober seem to add leadership to the lineup

We need leaders this season, Cooper Ayling Dallas and hopefully Forshaw have that leadership quality both in the dressing room and when theyre on the pitch, their experience will be v i t a l (why does it block out that v word? lol), then Wober and Adams, 2 more who are vocal and for the most part read the game well, even young cresswell is likely to be a future leader having captained the u21s and u18s before now

I actually think Bamford could play a part also and he'd be another with some leadership about him, however, i think both him and Rodrigo will both go, purely coz theyre the 2 top earners at the club

This is obviously just going off who we currently have, new signings will be made, i just hope they have some leadership quality about them too
Not a bad summary Clive, agree on most points of principle (need for leadership, spin, tenacity, and above all passion for LUFC amongst the players, the lack of which was appalling last season). But.......

We're about to be acquired by a group of investors who haven't the faintest idea as to what FOOTBALL (as opposed to "soccer") is all about. they aren't even on a par with the Glazers. Marathe has been significant only in providing a substantial influence on LUFC investing huge amounts of club finances on dross of the first order, there is no reason to suggest he will be any better at ensuring that we have the right resources to gain an exit from the Championship any time soon (and that's precisely why those who have a prospect of football elsewhere and their agents will be stampeding for the exit door once the EFL approval is given).

Farke isn't enough on his own, nor would he be once his "crew" are installed. Talent capable of galvanising this misbegotten group of "players" is required, and unless and until the necessary infrastructure is put in place, and the playing staff is strengthened with they type of players you describe, we will stay exactly where we are, if not worse.
