    So the LibDems won one, Labour won one, and ULEZ won one.

    The bigger picture is clear, I'll settle for that.

    ULEZ didn't win one though did it. it was a Tory seat that Labour failed to win and blamed the ULEZ imposing Labour London mayor.

    At the end of the day they all promise the world and deliver nowt!!! Tory or Labour, neither are worth a vote!

    ULEZ won it for the Tories. Without ULEZ, it would now be a Labour seat.
