Certainly not.
I remember reading other posters stating that Peter Stuart should not be put in charge of another SPFL game ever again. Some posters doubted his ability to competently referee a football match on Fairmuir Park.
Every time I see a shocking performance by a referee I follow their progress as a referee. There are several internet sites which lists all the SPFL games and cup ties that a referee has taken charge of including acting as the fourth official.

Surely if he had a mare in a game then didn't referee at that level again for some time it suggests referees are being monitored?

Plenty other people posted on the other Dundee FC forums including the Facebook forums about the shocking performance by Peter Stuart in charge of the ICT game on 17th September 2022 against ICT.
