    It’s not my area of expertise but have just checked with a colleague who works in that area and they have said the legislation is in place and it would be up to an individual whether they took that route.

    They did say that if a footballer came to them they would strongly advise an alternative to going down the route of making a complaint of constructive dismissal.

    At the end of the day, that is basically it. I only that the legislation is there. It is that simple.

    It is an interesting topic, but I wish we could keep it to opinions and not continue with the he said/she said arguments... I get enough from the wife and this used to be my safe space!
