Perfect example of why you alienate a lot of people on this board.
Do you not see how people might be a bit annoyed by what you just wrote here? What about people who don't live in Rotherham or can't because of child or work commitments? I've been in both categories at one point. Are they not real Millers fans?
If you can't see why that post might rile people up, you're either on the wind up again (so should be banned) or you need to be a bit more mindful in what you post.
A long time since I posted and I won’t be posting after this. I agree personal abuse is uncalled for but guru is systematically killing this board with repeated posts. He’s not interested in debate just repetition.
How many posters have stopped because of him.
He’s getting his wish I’m afraid.
Just my thoughts from someone who reads posts but rarely gets to end of threads because of the same nauseating drivel by one person.
Enjoy.
Don’t let it get you down. There are some good people on here. Your opinion is as worthy as anyone else. Besides we’re all Millers aren’t we?
By the way Stoke will batter plenty of teams this year.
Could we not move the Wordl thread to the barely used Internet Millers page? A decision was made a while back that long, off-topic (usually political) threads would be moved there. Although Wordl isn't political it's certainly long running and of interest to a small group of enthusiasts.
Since I'm one of them, I'm certainly not advocating we do this with any intent to be dismissive. The audience that want to talk about Wordl really wouldn't have any difficulty finding it there. I doubt there are any potential new joiners now who we would miss the opportunity of attracting by not being in the shop-window of the main conversation page.
While I'm here, I have no problem with Gru but regret that we are losing some good long term posters (Henson, Pocket and Grist to name three) who have become disenchanted with the atmosphere people like him create.
As to the game, it was summed up well by Zippie's amusing Facebook post showing the game on his TV screen at home in Wombwell with the camera panning slowly round to his, wife, step-daughter and dog all fast asleep across the room!

There must be some right sensitive souls on here if gru winds them up.
