I think he's the best manager we've had for some time, and he's got his hands tied with the off the field situation happening at the club. I'd say he's actually helped keep the club dignified and united over the summer.

I just have no idea why any of our supporters would be calling for his head at all this season. We seem to change manager every season and on the whole, it rarely helps us. If he goes, I literally can think of no-one else who can come in and do a better job.

Also, Maja isn't fit for a couple of weeks. Everyone knew this when he signed, not sure why this is being held against him?

My post wasn’t a call for Corberan’s head 123, merely pointing out that with the way things work these days and with our owner that this is a realistic scenario.

I’ve talked with a few Albion mates and there’s a general unease about Corberan’s team selections, substitutions and tactics.

I’d be surprised if you could defend the use of Chalobah for example.

    The Maja situation infuriates me.

We do this time after time, we buy players who are unfit or who haven’t had a pre season and then take forever to get them fit.

Most in here know I’ve been into running for most of my life and my baseline fitness is usually good even when returning after injury or illness, it takes me about 7 days to get back to my previous level after an enforced break.

Maja should have been keeping himself fit and only need a few sessions to get himself ready for 90 minutes but should have easily been able to do 25 to 30 minutes last night.

Id like to know where Cleary is as well, we have virtually nothing up front, he should be contending.

Totally agree Mick! An experienced Manager should not be making basic mistakes. I was at Bolton and the defending from Kipre and Ajayi was a comedy act. So again like 3,000 others, I went to Blackburn and was shocked to see Kipre and Chalobah starting. Kipre was awful yet again and Chalobah clearly has an attitude problem. CC then takes off Mulumbey who was the only player closing down the Blackburn players to be replaced by a snail ( Mowatt ). 15 minutes to go barely one attack because our players could not retain the ball and where was CC - sent off so nobody was shouting encouragement or orders to push up.

Not convinced about CC and was not from the Burnley match onwards. Apart from losing around 9 of the last 12 away games could anyone point out where we have played really well in any of these matches?

Yes CC has problems off the field but Coventry with most likely 50% of our payroll costs play exciting football in most of their matches. Could someone please explain why this is the case?

I completely agree with you about Chalobah, I don't think he and Kipre will start many more games. Overall, I've been impressed with Corberans ruthlessness and I don't think he will stick with players who aren't performing. I think he knows we have an issue in that #10 role behind the striker, that's why he tried Molumby there on Saturday and Wallace last season and I don't think he rates Swift.

As for Cleary, he's thrown Faal and Malcolm in and I guess he thinks he's just not ready or good enough. Cleary hasn't really impressed me when I've seen him, albeit I haven't seen a great deal of him. This is why we have him as a manager, we have to trust his decision making.

I'm sure you're not calling for his head, but as you say if he loses the the next 3/4 then people will be doing that. I just consider that so short sighted.
