Negativity amongst supporters really is a threat to our success. That is why the positive vibes only theory is really important. It doesn't mean you cannot have concerns about how we are as a team, but as a supporter, I think it important to try and be constructive with any perceived weaknesses you see.

Grimsby, tomorrow is possibly the worst team we could be facing tomorrow, because even though they have been unhappy with their start to the season, you know for a fact they are coming here in great numbers and will be a wall of positive noise behind their team.

It is important for us to try and match that tomorrow, but it is always more difficult for the home side as although having greater numbers, the vocal supporters are usually spread out more.
