Regarding players coming in, as long as Fotheringham and Middleton are at the club I doubt we'll bring in a winger. More likely a midfielder and/or striker.
Back up striker, back up for Sibbald and Docherty and a back up RB that isn't Freeman. For me those are absolutely essential, would like another winger too but we won't get 4 in. 3 are definitely needed though and I hope after today that is now apparent to those who control the cash.

Not sure we will even get 2 in bud. JG mentioned last week that once he is able to move on a few players. We wld be in an a position to bring in one more player.

I thought we lost the control of the first half when Grimshaw had to move to right back, missing Docherty and Grimshaw we were too leightweight in there. Second half they scored a decent goal, we kept going after that, Cujoe pulled one out the bag, but really disappointed with the end product from the team that aside, I can barely remember their keeper making a save for all our possession, Moult, Watt and Middleton were big letdowns today. We really shouldn't be relying on an injury time goal against Dunfermline and dropping points at home when having all that play.

We need to learn the January lessons! Well we fans don't but the c*nt holding the purse strings does. It's not rocket science is it, spend what we need to to get back up or lose a few more millions next season. F*ck sake, how did this guy become a self made millionaire in the first place?

Great 1st 25 minutes or so then we regressed when forced into the RB change then after that we let them get back at us but they still weren't on top of us at any point.

We got a deserved point in the end imo and I'm really happy with our goalkeeper, both centre half's, Cudjo and Sibbald but for me the young anes have all the skill in the world but want to take that extra touch 😡 Middleton needs to get involved more and Watt is like playing with a man down😡........Captain ffs, he really is 5hite and I honestly though he would pi55 this level but he is truly woeful and what was his position today? A false 10?or a false fkn professional footballer?....wins fouls though😳waste of a shirt.

Agree about losing control when we had to make that change, just don't see it with Meeks tbh, certainly not as a deputy for Docherty or Grimshaw in the middle, felt Sibbald had to do too much himself, we were on top the opening 25, it got scrappy after, they were happy to just stay organised and frustrate

They got the lead out of nowhere really after we had begun second half on top, then they went into ultra time waste mode, should have been ten mins added on at the end so it was apt that we got a (well deserved) goal in 95th minute, Glass was decent when he came on, offered more than Meeks had, Dunfermline were clearly tired the last 15-20 mins

Will take the point in the end, don't think we can say we did enough to win but we were still the better of the two teams overall imo, didn't think they threatened much, we had the most chances

Maybe this gap before next game is good in a way, get Docherty back hopefully and get back to the line up from Arbroath when we visit Ayr on the 26th

Support was excellent and stayed positive, 8000+, brilliant

Deserved point in my opinion, 2 games in and this is how I see it, we have good players but will not be great at chasing a game when behind, score first though and we will be very very hard to beat.
Just couldn't get ahead in the opening 30 mins when we were on top.
    Great home support today.
Fair play to pars fans who came up to dundee today in decent numbers.
Does anyone know if any highlights from today are available to view anywhere ??

Saw it differently to be honest. Thought Grimshaw struggled in midfield. Was happier at right back. Think tactically we got it wrong. Better when Glass came on to make it a 4-3-3. Him and Meekison were then effective with Sibbald behind them. Even at the beginning of the game when we were on top I never felt we controlled midfield. When we played with tempo and intensity we did well. We do however need to hit the target more. Far too many shots go high and/or wide. Corners too. We never look like scoring from them. One goal from a corner last season I think too. That has to be the worst record in Europe!
Game was poor overall because we allowed Dunfermline to make it poor. Fell into their trap to make it scrappy. Constantly breaking up play and stopping the flow. Ref not able to deal with that. Nice to see the time wasting punished with an equaliser in injury time though. Good attitude to get something ultimately. Just feel if we had started 4-3-3 then we would have had more control. Moult will also have more effective games which will help.

Sharp the Sheep from Dens was playing to the crowd and enjoying his time-wasting. So well done referee Euan Anderson for being well aware and playing til we scored. We must try not to be a goal down in this league cos the time-wasting is going to be off the scale. And whilst on the subject when is football the global game going to stop the clock? It's not even on the agenda & I despair. FIFA want shooting.
