Wolves the better team in the first half. Can’t tell that we changed managers less than a week ago. Gotta figure that United will try to get Rashford more involved in the second half. When he had the ball he looked dangerous but he barely touched the ball. Everyone working hard for Wolves.

Cunha had a goal on the back post and hits the post. Should have been in

Hwang on for Sarabia. Latter did little with the ball but pressed all over and put in a big shift

United break the scoreless tie. Wolves scrambling, Wan Bassaka lifts a ball over Sa and Varane has an easy header.

Silva and Bueno on for RAN and Cunha

Wolves screwed out of a point by VAR. Unfortunately sours a very good Wolves performance.

That was a clear penalty, there was no need for Onana to come out the way he did, there was only going to be one outcome.

As for the goal, why is Sa at the near post? Stay on the line and he probably saves it.

On the up side we matched United's possession, had loads more clear chances and a class performance by Cunha, I like the deeper role that O'neill has given him... Cunha, Nunes and Neto running at defenders that's something for the opposition to worry about. All we need is to start finding the back of the net. I feel slightly more upbeat after that performance, albeit against a very lack lustre side.

Agreed but they are professional footballers and played as well as we let them!

When One player can punch another player, while grasping a second player and not being anywhere near the ball and it isn't a penalty! It's common assault at best and GBH at worse but no it isn't a penalty! It's a Manchester United player so that's OK then?! It's ****ing corrupt is what it is, and I'm still fuming because we battered them! I don't give a toss for the apologies from Howard Webb. How many times has he had to apologize to us this year? 4? And it doesn't even itself out! It isn't even VAR's fault! It's the clowns that operate it. Those clowns last night have form on this. Last season they robbed Brighton at Spurs. What's the punishment? A week off with the wife and kids! If you or I **** up on a regular basis we get sacked. I'll swear to this now, if Wolves had been winning 0-1 and it was our keeper who had wiped out two of their forwards that's a penalty being given all day long. Some call it incompetence, I call it corrupt. OK, we might have missed the penalty and still lost, but that's not the point.

What I will say is I was proud of The Wolves last night, they took the game to United, bossed the midfield and dominated the game. Even when we went behind we brought another striker on and pinned United back, creating many chances. I fell in love with my team again last night!
