This ex-grammar school pupil is happy to help you over to the right side of the tracks. It will not be easy owing to the severe disadvantages you are subject to but I believe there is some potential for improvement

He's just proving that he realised a long time ago that he was on a loser and he doesn't waste energy any more.

BT is nobody's fool Chas, he realised long ago that he was on a loser with me and Sub, two old grammar school boys, now we are three there's no way we'll get him to bite. Far too wily an old bird to fall for our tricks.

Watched the first episode of I Claudius last night, it did seem a bit dated but it would have been surprising if it wasn't showing it's age. It took me some time to work out just who was who and the relationships between them, it's all very complex and incestuous, but I got there in the end I think. A young Brian Blessed as Augustus is excellent as was Ian Ogilvy as Drusus, but George Baker as Tiberius seemed a bit wooden to me, perhaps he was embarrassed by his knobbly knees being on display. Overall though I enjoyed it, looking forward to E2 sometime this weekend.
