Well I thought we did OK in the first half played some l
Good football, specially for the goal it was a lovely move
I think we are a centre forward short of a half decent side.
If as some have mentioned on here Kelly is injured, fair enough if not I can't see how he isn't on in front of Hugill and Eaves they are woeful.
Didn't expect Christ and Green to last the game but liked what I saw of them.
Nice to come away without having to moan about the ref.

Hip problem for Wiles, needs a scan.

far too many injuries at the club, over two seasons it can't be just bad luck

I'm sure in the match day thread you said we should play 4 in midfield with bramhall and Dexter get forward from wing backs So are you saying bramhall should play in defence or not. Or were you saying bramhall should be one of the 4 midfielder. Once again your confusing me

Gwru. I think it was green who lost his runner and bramhall was trying to cover 2 defenders and ended up not marking either. and I'm sure it was 24 Humphreys who gave the ball away for the 2nd

Said Dext & Bramall getting forward from the back. Seen brief highlights their 1st Bramall again lost who he should have been marking who then had a free header into the goalscorer. Their 2nd not sure who gave ball away but can't do that sooner they lump ball away.

Imo a bit of a wired starting formation simply cos the bloke who wins most of the tackles (rathbone) was playing right wing. The striker who's scored 2 goals from 2 game pre season gets put on the left wing. And a player who never played with the team gets the important role of trying to control the midfield.

The defence wasn't a problem it was the midfield and front line. Said before the Blackburn game we need 4 or 5 new players and tbh I would bin at least 4 of the strikers cos they would struggle to get 10 goals a season in league 2.

No LW. No RW and no strikers. I'm confident we will come good and get better but geez were miles from that

He didn't get lost on the first goal he was covering in the middle. Green let the runner go and bramhall was covering 2 players. He just wasn't quick enough to cover both.

When we get the squad complete this window we can then play formations that will work with the players we have. Playing a back 4 we need full backs who can defend primarily.

He was playing at left back he should be marking their wide right player.
