All you say is correct Pass but the argument probably wouldn't stand up in an Equal Rights Court.

Are they playing the same game M'Lord with the same rules and facilities ? Do they not represent the same club owners within the structure of the same club ? I put it to you M'Lord the only reason they are paid less is on the grounds of their gender and that is unlawful.
