Yeah he's a bit of an extrovert which is fine, not the type I'd go for a drink with but it takes all sorts to make the world go round

I suppose most people who end up in his position are quite similar in personality - not many wallflowers amongst global CEO multi-millionaires

Regardless all I care about is his decision making and for the most part I think the club is better set up now than pre-DC

The manager decisions have been poor but again - I can see his logic (not with Glass - that was a rubbish decision from all angles) in taking a proven manager in our league who'd done well with a team on a lower budget and got them playing pretty well - in fact he'd done it with two separate teams. I'm still not really sure how it went so wrong with Goodwin - the collapse was swift and terrible

He's very passionate and obviously loves his team, he is a bit looser with the purse strings. I'm hopeful he'll oversee a good period in our fabled history once he settles down a bit
