    I think coaches are very particular which players take throw-ins as they need everyone in their positions.
    There's an easier fix. Players have to support quickly with a loud YES and AN has to throw to the first that shouts it. To take pressure off, tell AN that any loss of possession is the down to the receiving player

    I agree 💯. Players need to help the to thrower out and give him an option.
