    Sorry m8. I've only just seen your post.
    No the system you have is a piv system with a built in heater. Still not sure why the builder would fit one of those in a new build unless there's some eco regs that I'm not aware of that allows it to meet code.
    Be aware that that setup you have has a filter setup that needs yearly replacing. Some have a reusable filter that just needs a clean.

    The heat pump units ait conditioning systems are quite good. They warm the air up to 28 degrees.
    The water driven systems only do up to around 20 and that’s if you have a big enough system in the first place with the adequate radiator set up.

    Thanks for all your help, at least I have now got it set up properly. It had been left on all the default settings. The filter changes on this model are every 5 years.
