    Of course DFC are the same club, liabilities don't go away by simply changing directors. Ask the Catholic church, the BBC, all the football clubs that paid out over the Barry Bennell affair, and what about all the tobacco companies that have been successfully sued? The list of companies who have paid out after changing directors must be endless.
