    The original post was about the appeal procedure though,surely the panel look at other bookings in the game,the fact the var ref told him to check and also it was a tad rash but not high or off the ground.I agree mulligan needs to calm down at times but thats 2 weeks this ref sent someone off wrongly and both times he has been backed.Its getting beyond a joke and will turn fans away.
