This should be docherty and sibbalds first home game, so interesting to see if there is a notable difference in the drive and tempo. Struggling a little for options if both cujoe and moult aren't available, and always going to be a handicap if your main start up front doesn't score goals. Saying that queen's seem to have been vulnerable at back for a while now, so if we can keep it tight at the back, hopefully record a more convincing win.

Think they’ll sit in and try to hit us on the break. Up to us to break them down. Another drab match then. 1-0 us.

I don't think its their style to sit in. Queens Park have conceded 15 goals in the league so far. We have conceded 2. Only 1 of their league games have they kept a clean sheet.

Yea can't see it being overly cagey, can't take it for granted either as they were 1 down at Raith and managed to get ahead 2-1 while a man down from very early, only succumbing to a last minute defeat

I haven't found the home matches drab really, Morton apart, thought Dunfermline was a decent game, decent quality and a good ending, Airdrie was interesting due to their style and the tactical battle second half, when we pressed they cut through and got a chance but when we sat off we were comfortable and got a second on the break

Either way, I'd take drab wins all season if offered first place on the back of it

If we play with high intensity and move the ball quickly we should have too much for them.
If/when we get the first go and do the same thing for the second!
You can have rest at half time lads 😎

That was what I was meaning Ian, that Goodwin won't drop Middleton

Home performances have been poor and need to improve , not creating near enough and allowing teams to get a foothold in the game

Defensive 5 should pick itself. If fit, 3 midfielders should pick themselves. If fit, Moult is up front, but the last 2 places are up for grabs, but you just know it will be Middleton plus 1(Kai?) or Watt fitted in somewhere.

Ok, I'm going to say it. I don't think Middleton is as bad as the reputation he has on here. Could he be better? Of course but he's not alone in that. At least he gives a ****, look at his reaction to our winning goal last week.
