Scott Glenday called this at the AGM.
You can't talk with a deaf mute.
I enclose the latest Dee4life update which is also available to read in full in the News section of the Dee4life website. https://dee4life.com/2023/09/29/dee4...ate-september/
Sadly this proves that the Dee4life directors have wasted over ten months since the Dee4life AGM on 19th November 2022 and got nowhere getting their Primary representative on the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors under rules 79-82 of the Dundee Football Club Limited Articles of Association.
The management of Dundee Football Club are happy to take Dee4Life members money for Match Ball sponsorship and two trackside advertising hoardings at a minimum total cost of £3,240 including VAT whilst not allowing the Dee4life nominated Primary representative to join the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors.
Dee4life under Articles 79-82 of the Club’s Articles of Association are entitled to two seats on the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors and in my opinion the Dee4life directors should be ensuring that both their Primary and Secondary representatives are elected to join the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors.
According to Articles 79-82 the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors must accept the person nominated by the Dee4life board of directors as their Primary representative.
The rules for the nomination of the Secondary representative are a bit different.
The Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors can reject the first three people nominated by the Dee4life board of directors as their Secondary representative but they must accept the fourth person nominated.

The next Dee4life AGM is going to be interesting especially when members start asking questions why it took the Dee4life board of directors over ten months to advise their members the reply they received from Dundee Football Club Ltd to their nomination of Kenny Valentine as their Primary representative.
I can see heads rolling.
It was predictable, D4l arnt wanted by Linda, someone farting in the boardroom would be used as an excuse not to engage.....as a few current and past D4L members pointed out.
As always Linda and his representatives lead them up to the top of the hill and lead them down again. 🙄
I am looking forward to Linda answering questions from the Press about what is happening with Dens Park IF FPS purchase it from Sandeman Properties Limited.
If he runs true to form he will shut himself away in his Gardyne bunker and wait until the Press give up and go away.
It is a pity that this news did not appear in the Courier when we had a home game as the Dundee supporters could express their disgust from the South Enclosure, Bobby Cox Stand and Main Stand.
