    Regarding moving to a new stadium you will always get those against and those for our support is no different.
    What we do need though is a stadium that has proper facilities and is not falling down.
    I do not understand why FPS would buy back Dens Park for a reported £750k unless it was to end the lease.
    The Dens Park site would probably be used to build low cost social housing once the stands etc were removed. FPS buying back Dens Park and then selling it to a third party is not going to make much of a profit.
    In my opinion Sandeman Properties Limited would be better sitting tight until the end of the lease where they are reported to receive over £1 million in rental payments from Dundee Football Club Ltd who are also responsible for any repairs and improvements to the Dens Park stadium.
