JN is undoubtedly a control freak with eyes very much set on a long term goal and anyone who suggests anything that deviates from that goal or who asks an awkward question regarding that goal is immediately ostracized. Once you're out there's no way back.

Over on TDB a current Dee4Life board member has stated that we all want the club and FPS to succeed, I've challenged on how we can want FPS to succeed when they won't tell us what their strategic plan is. Still waiting for the answer to that.

Dangerous times? Don't know about dangerous but definitely worrying because in over a decade we've made little progress as a football club under FPS so confidence that anything will happen over the next ten is pretty low. I hope some of the more obvious things like a seemingly improved youth set up might make us a better football club but then I've been hoping that for a good number of years.
For the record I only volunteered to become a Co-opted Dee4life director because Ian Baird resigned as the secretary and a director of Dee4life and it was to keep the number of Dee4life directors at the minimum number permitted.
I had been an Dee4life official volunteer dealing with banking and fundraising since January 2018 and dealing with things such as getting the Dee4life bank charges reduced from £25 per month to a more realistic amount.
My life would have been a lot easier if Ian Baird was still a Dee4life director as most Dundee supporters would still not know who I am.
