Yep that is good if worst case scenario happens.

Though it depends on Linda keeping his word.

John Nelms should be telling us what his Plan B is if Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited owners of the new stadium development at the Camperdown Leisure Park do not receive planning permission for their Stadium and Mixed Use development.
It is likely that the owners of Dundee Crematorium and hotel chains such as Premier Inns will object to parts of this development.
Premier Inns own two hotels at Gourdie Croft and in the Camperdown Leisure Park do not want to lose business to a new hotel in this new development.
The owners of Dundee Crematorium will likely object because they will lose a lot business if a new crematorium opens in Dundee.
People need to remember that it is it not just a football stadium which the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited Directors want to build on this site.

I do not believe a word John Nelms says.
He has already told a pack of lies about me.

He said we'd be kicking a ball at Dens then the next ball we kick will be at the new stadium. He must have assumed both games will be at home.

That doesn't mean they won't be dismantling the stands to use the steel mind but seems to suggest the new place would be either commissioned before we leave Dens or the final commissioning is done over a close season. Can also suggest the new ground would be only partially built of course.

If planning permission isnt obtained we would stay at dens,I reckon the owners would be trying to sell up though.

I only heard it as a rumour a while back when steel prices were going through the roof myself, it would've made sense then but may not be absolutely necessary now

I am sure that it has been quoted in the press that we would remain at Dens Park until the steel from the Bobby Cox Stand and Bob Shankly Stand is required for the construction of the stands in the new stadium.
Money must be tight for funding the cost of the new stadium if they are having to use steel which at present is 25 years old and it’s usable condition is unknown.
