    Fact is Bamford wasn't significantly touched by the QPR keeper, so again he has managed, intentionally or otherwise, to get an opposing player sent off without real justification. If the tables were.turned we'd be f00king incandescent, rightly so.
    Well they will appeal the red card so that will be that.

    Arseholes - we all have one.

    Ah, so being able to appeal makes.the original crime permissible. Good job that doesn't influence everyone outside the footballing world! Oh, wait.......

    I made mention on the match day thread how much better Bamford looked, he showed hold-up play significantly better and pace back to (almost) his best, but the talking points won't be any of that, it will be how (again) he got an opposition player red-carded for no good reason.

    He definitely played better but there looked on the highlights to be quite a gap between him and the keeper. Maybe if he tried to score in those situations rather than diving he would score more. Hate it when players so blatantly cheat (I don’t like it when they cheat at all). Red will get over turned but he may get a two or three game ban remembering he has form.

    Apparently Bamford spoke to the QPR manager after the game to say there was no actual contact; the game was almost over anyway (apart from all that extratime extratime)

    As there was no contact surely he should have been concentrating on the ball and scoring. If he knew there was no contact - which clearly he did given what he said post game - he should have intervened with the ref.

    I suspect he tumbled early expecting contact which didn’t come and then tried to explain it post game.

    Diving is cheating and he is a senior enough pro to have been able to speak to the ref at the time rather than say nothing and then possibly realise he has to say something.

    Klich’s tweet was brilliant!!!

    I doubt that will influence the FA should they decide to act;

    Don't know why Bamford does this stuff, not standing up for him, but if you watch the Premier league each week you'll find dozens that dive and cheat, "winning a penalty" is a common phrase..."drawing a foul" is another, no, call it what it is, cheating, Bamford is not alone on this stuff.
