    They were working on the pitch before the game and at half time and on an area off the pitch while the game was going on. Don't take much heed of what Islay says, he tends to blether a lot and hates it ( and ignores it) when someone tells him he's havering sh!te.     Where I was sitting in the Main Stand it looked like the groundstaff were trying to push water off the pitch in section between the Bob Shankly Stand and the South Enclosure.
