I don't think he does. He doesn't realise that he is the flip side of the same coin as durham.

He may or may not be a well qualified coach, but he clearly has zero understanding of football fans and human nature. We all know that if we are 15-0 down we should still be supporting, but that only happens in a fantasy world. If the boot was on the other foot on Saturday I'm convinced the JS stand would have been quiet with loads of Stags fans making an early exit. I never leave a game before the final whistle because that's my choice, but I understand why others do. I've often said on here that in my opinion the ones who moan the most are often the ones who care the most. What we don't need on NCM is another patronising and condescending poster telling others how they should think and act.

Just because someone has managed a team doesn’t automatically mean they know what they are talking about or are any good at it. We have seen far too many of those at Notts over the years, some with international experience.

Often wondered how people arrive at the conclusion that you only know about football if you have had some sort of coaching qualification?

Fair point but all I was trying to do was try to give the players as much of an advantage as possible and one performance where we were beaten by the bigger,stronger better side on the day imo shouldn’t see the fans desert them after what they have given us over the last season and a third.
It does seem very fickle to me especially where we have been for the last 4 years and worries me that another few defeats and there will be chants of Williams out …because it doesn’t look like the achievements of last season and so far this season has bought any credit
When Hardy was constantly changing managers in 2019 was part of it because of what the fans were saying,the same fans that are saying he was an idiot to keep sacking managers - of course this is just my imo and everyone else can have different opinions and of course they might be right 😜

I'm absolutely convinced Ray Trew sacked Craig Short so early on in 2010 because there was a section of people on here who wanted it and Trew was spending an awful lot of time on here then.

But when it comes to football the whole country know more than the England manager who has the top qualifications in football coaching
