25 Squad is not quite true as u21 contracted players are extra. U21 contract players - we have 5 listed, plus the 23 in squad is a total of 28, the least in the division. Other teams such as Norwich have 25 + 37, a total of 62. The others under 10 u21 players are Plymouth 25+6=31 and Preston 24+9=33.
This is why we are disadvantaged with not having the u21 players to bolster the squad. Southampton have Sulemana as a u21 player - compare him to ours Douglas, Durose, Ford, Holvey, McGuckin and we wonder why we struggle to fill the subs bench!

It’s not great out there, won’t be surprised to see match off if it doesn’t settle especially wind
I’ll be pissed off if it is and it’s fairer weather tomorrow

Millertop, I like your positive attitude, I am basically a similar mindset, however your blinkered love in with Taylor is a bit odd,he deserves fair scrutiny given our situation.
    And......is there a pitch inspection today ?

Maybe it has been influenced by Warne's tenure where we kept him in charge after each of his 3 relegations from this division.

I’m not happy about the games but I’m trying to see the bigger picture with all injuries
Personally I think TS is understanding about the situation but I’m not stupid enough to think he won’t get rid if things don’t Improve in his time limit
It is a difficult situation and a decision I am glad i do not have to make. I will be honest i don't expect anything tonight, but I would be delighted if we didn't lose, two draws against top teams will be great for the belief within the camp. Coventry are a hard one, they tend to do ok at our place but a win there and a draw at S6 would make it 4 unbeaten and a great step forward. I feel for MT and I am sure both him and the players are feeling the pressure now, but they are the only ones that can lift that pressure.

Game still on, no problem with pitch which had work done on it after last flood v Cardiff but train station is flooding, roads will be blocked off as usual, motorway will be a nightmare but get your coats on and get to game it’s your choice
Oh probably best to leave bike at home

    No pitch inspection planned

Probably not be a great game, I was hoping to better the 1-0 we usually get but I’ll stick with that

    BRING IT ON

It's not the pitch that's the problem, it's the potential for this to happen during the game...

It's irresponsible for it to go ahead when the warnings are there.

But the pitch will be fine so no problem, just fans have to use their common sense and probably fetch a wetsuit just in case
