aye, from a palace free kick, done nothing for 80 minutes then alert enough to plush a cracker over the bar

Comprehensive win against a parked bus of a team.

We showed the football world today that we are now a team that can hit big dominant teams on the break and win,
beat a team lesser team who will sit deep and park the bus,
beat teams by pressing and forcing mistakes.

Our evolution is strong and direct, with or without Tonali, we have a squad that can compete on all fronts.

bring on Dortmund. Let's see the Cowardly Yellow wall shrink in front of the toon army!

The commentator on the stream I was listening to said "Pope should have taken a crossword puzzle and pen with him today"

What can you say about Murphy, he's fast becoming one of my favourites, never let's up and his exuberance is there for all to see. Wear's his heart on his sleeve.

    Absolute cult hero!

The New Perchino. An unsung hero. Gone about his work, that goal was peak Shaun Goater.

Looped up spectacularly over the keeper, his face was totally epic! haha

Great assist for Gordon's goal too BTW, can't over look that

Or the first time ball cross field for the Wilson's assist, beats 3 Palace retreating defenders to lay it on a plate for Cal to take a touch and slot home in acres of space & all the time in the world. Not as flashy as Willock's to Isak last season but none the less quality and the nail in the coffin of our opponent.

    Happy days indeed !

Also it's great to see a genuine beam on his face, similar to Miggy's, perfectly real and natural.

Just like his wide grin in the preliminary shots before the A.C.Milan game, as though he couldn't believe he ought to be there.

Just soak in the glory. A comfortable win against one of the tightest defenses in the league. We couldn’t break down their defense in 270 minutes of football last season - onwards and upwards.

Aye mint like. When we're got Murphinho lobbing the keeper for fun & sniping 40 yard cross field balls only a season after he was dubbed as 'the first one out the door when the money comes'

Again 4 goals scored by 4 different players.

If Gordon had left the shot he put against the bar Joelinton would have buried it. Joe looked pi$$ed when he hit the bar. Obviously we went on to win by 4 so no worries but J7 could have had a goal and we'd have had another 5-0 this season.

It's clear that we are going to be in and around the top 4 come the reconning at the end of the season.

    Great isn't it!
