I see Schär hasn't been mentioned. He was benched during the Bruce-era. He is now our most important central defender because of the insane things he can do going forward. Class player.

I think he always had it to be faur but the difference is EH has given him opportunities to show it. He is defo one of our most important players.

Theres any number of improved players. Murphy, Joe, Miggy, Longstaff, Anderson, but I'll go with Joe who went in my eyes on the biggest journey from a write off, on the floor, I'd given up and actually hated seeing him play to a player who is almost world class and a pure savage on the pitch.

Well they all had it, it is a question of the manager bringing it to the forefront and allowing them to utilise their qualities in the best way possible.

Joelinton is probably the most obvious example though with the transformation he's been through.

I would say Joelinton. Turned from garbage to gold, but I have the feeling any manager who moved him into midfield would see the same effect.
So I think it Jacob Murphy would of been happy to let him go, Eddie has improved him markedly, Plus he has a huge grin on his face now, don't recall seeing that under previous managers

Yeah, true but what I meant was when he had the rare opportunity to play under Brucie he was displaying his talent and doing what he is doing now but for some reason he was kept out of the side constantly.

Very true, it was a mystery why he was kept out of that side - or, well, it was because he can play football and Bruce didn’t fancy that.
