I had to laugh at that song they were singing at the end "Notts, Notts are falling apart again". We're still above them.

That's what makes me laugh today, all the Wrexham and Mansfield fans giving it some when we're still above both of them

I thought we lacked a bit of a spark, someone to produce a bit of magic yesterday. I didn't think we played badly but I did think we lost the physical encounter.
Bostock is a huge miss for us and the game was crying out for him. In the past we have had Ruben and these type of players are priceless.
I thought the game had 0=0written all over it until that fluke, maybe the game would have changed if the ref, had grown a pair and rightly sent Mullins off. Having seen the incident properly now, (sit Lane end of the Pavis) it was stone wall sending off.
We are thin as a squad but Luke said he would give everyone a chance, and to maintain our push I think 3 players needed come January.

Is there any footage of the mullins Incident? I was write next to it but missed it.i saw JJ getting up from the floor so took my vision to where the ball was.Next minute it seems he was on the floor.Logic tells me he must have been taken out with a kick with regards his and mullins body positions in between me wavering my gaze and then returning it !! Plus Mullins is a cheating ****er !

It was very strange that they sang such a chant. How are we falling apart again? We didn’t finish champions not because we fell apart but because Wrexham got more points than us. Plus we still got promoted. Likewise we didn’t fall apart again yesterday. It’s not like they relentlessly pressurised us, and we didn’t take a two goal lead or anything for them to come back to grab a draw or win.

Considering as many say on here that LW is much better than Nolan ( Which i seen no evidense of at this level ) , the fact that LW has better owners and maybe better players ( as Nolan lost Yates his best player in Jan ) , he should finish higher than Nolan 5th place , which on the current evidense looks unlikely
I’m new to this board but been a Notts fan since 1978 and a regular at The Lane since the 80s. What LW produces from his team is head and shoulders above what was churned out by Nolan. He’s possibly the best coach I’ve ever seen at Notts, the standard of our football is outrageous sometimes for this level.

The team has no spine. We need a commanding Centre Back, A ball winning central MF and a decent forward to play along side Macca. McGoldrick is not that man. He mostly plays too deep and is nowhere near Macca to have any real strike partnership..

    Amen.

    Amen indeed

It's like comparing filet mignon with a rump steak. Both will fill you up but one gives so much more pleasure.

Spine or spinless the football is a joy to watch.
