Thank you Fatfan, I agree entirely with everything you say about the manager, - and it's completely up to him how he decides to go forward.

The one thing you are wrong about is how I've conducted myself. I have continually listened to everyone's opinion and strived to improve and better the service that I provide. I may not completely agree with everyone, -but I'm more than happy to listen to opinions and modify my own approach accordingly, - as you are never too old to learn, - nor can you ever rest on your laurels, - and in a service industry (like in football) you must strive to be the best.

I would be delusionary if I expected a football manager to listen to one fan's interpretation of the matches thus far this season, - but if the vast majority of the fans are suggesting the same thing, - then its high time he did.

To conclude, - I still think Bartley could be a great manager, - but in my humble opinion he needs to heed advice quickly and modify his approach. There's no point in thinking you're a great manager and finding yourself out of a job with no prospect of another. That's completely delusionary.
