Lets see how the results go Nunez.
Every game's a cup final, - then he has Dundee Utd.
If we're out of the cup in November and no hope of promotion, - then something should be done, - but not yet.
Bartley will never listen to any advice from the fans. He’s his own man & extremely stubborn with a massive ego.
Get him out this club before it’s too late.

To play devil's advocate in a sense, why should he listen to the fans. I can only speak for myself and opine about what I see in front of me however I'd be naive in the extreme to think that Bartley would take my tactical advice going forward. In a similar fashion I'd be slightly annoyed for want of a better word if a group of people were hanging over my shoulder telling me how to do my job better. I've never been one to shout obscenities from the sidelines as he simply wouldn't hear it but would you take "advice" from grown men frothing at the mouth 50 yards away.
On another point, I very much think some of the players have to take some sort of blame. Yes, tactics are one thing but some if the effort and decision-making has been dire this season.
Lastly, yes the performances against better teams might have reached pass mark territory this season however these are not the games Queens should be judged. They need to be better against teams at the same or, in some cases, lower levels.
Fatfan, I'm saying precisely what you know I'm saying!
Everyone of us is the product of our experience, the nature - nurture debate if you like, and Bartley desperately needs to start considering taking advice.
He is quite clearly a stubborn individual, which is great up to a point, but if your stubborn nature is not working, then you have only one option: listen to advice or face the sack.
Now I may be completely wrong, but given his mangerial experience is nil, and he's clearly failing badly, then seeking help might be in his best interests, because failure to do so will not only result in him losing his job, but never managing again.
Saturdays performance was a breath of fresh air, yet there was still this crazy tendency to risk losing a 2nd by inviting the Falkirk players to nick the ball from our square passing at the back.
Bartley has already sought the advice of Eddie Howe this season, and Howe like one thousand Queens fans would advise him to eliminate the risk taking and concentrate on making the most of our fast attackers.
It's really not rocket science, au contraire, it is very simple.
I couldn't care less if Bartley wants to play Russian Roulette, that's his decision, but unfortunately it's our team that he's playing with, hence the reason for patiently requesting a change in tactics.
He needs to get 6 points under his belt and have a real go at Dundee Utd or the season will be over on 25th November ( if that is the date of the cup match) and that would be a complete travesty for every Queens fan, caused by one man's stubbornness. That for me does not seem right.
Jardi. I know exactly what you are saying. Firstly, I don’t know if you have seen the managers previous interviews but he has said he does not read what is said in social media platforms and does not take heed of them. And for me he is quite right. Like 352 states there is nothing worse than people felling you how to do your job. It’s like me coming to your office and telling you how to deal with something when you should know better. That’s why you are paid to do that job.
If your opinion is that he is not doing that job properly well tbh it’s tough. You have two options. The first option is to suffer the pain and the second is don’t and refuse to go to the games, as many seem to be doing.
The bottom line is nothing is likely to change in terms of the managers ideas and if it does then trust me on this, it won’t be down to you at any people on here that would have influenced him. And to be frank you are delusional if you think differently.
The manager has shown that he will not lie down to the demands of the support, whether that be on this platform or on an match day, and the only people that can do anything about that is the board.
And tbh despite me, and a lot like me. not agreeing with his tactics I admire anyone that will do the job their own way despite outside pressures. That way he will only have himself to blame or alternatively deservedly take the plaudits if he succeeds.
Yes we all have our opinions on who should be playing, what style of play we should have, and everything else down to the style of strips. That’s what makes the game so good, but there can only be one manager and like it or not, he will do the job his way
Thank you Fatfan, I agree entirely with everything you say about the manager, - and it's completely up to him how he decides to go forward.
The one thing you are wrong about is how I've conducted myself. I have continually listened to everyone's opinion and strived to improve and better the service that I provide. I may not completely agree with everyone, -but I'm more than happy to listen to opinions and modify my own approach accordingly, - as you are never too old to learn, - nor can you ever rest on your laurels, - and in a service industry (like in football) you must strive to be the best.
I would be delusionary if I expected a football manager to listen to one fan's interpretation of the matches thus far this season, - but if the vast majority of the fans are suggesting the same thing, - then its high time he did.
To conclude, - I still think Bartley could be a great manager, - but in my humble opinion he needs to heed advice quickly and modify his approach. There's no point in thinking you're a great manager and finding yourself out of a job with no prospect of another. That's completely delusionary.

Jardi. I think you have got me totally wrong. At no point did I question your conduct. We are all entitled to our opinions and I have quite clearly said that in my last post. That’s how these forums exist. We all have our opinions and that includes the manager. The difference is, and it’s a huge difference, his opinions and ideas as to the style of play the team plays are paid for by the club. It’s supposed to be his specialism. Now whether we agree with that style is neither here nor there because he has shown that he will not listen to fans, the Gibson or walker debate is a classic example of this. That’s why I am saying the only people who can do anything about this is either the manager himself by walking away or the bod relieving him of his duties. At no point in that post have I questioned your conduct. The only part that you could possibly take personally is when I have said you are delusional if you think the manager will listen to you or any other supporter. He has shown it’s not going to happen. And although I disagree with his style/team selections as much as the next fan, I do admire his determination to do the job his way and not jump to every demand from fans.
Fatfan, - I'm sorry for any offence taken, - I was merely responding to your quote "And for me he is quite right. Like 352 states there is nothing worse than people felling you how to do your job. It’s like me coming to your office and telling you how to deal with something when you should know better. That’s why you are paid to do that job."
I disagree with you on that score, simply because Bartley would be a far better manager if he took time to listen. If he is so arrogant as to ignore the hard core 1000 Queens fans, - then he is not managing the club, - he is a dictator.
In contrast, my style of management is to constantly review, learn, listen, improve and even take on board ideas and attitudes that may not be to my liking, - and I was like that when I was a junior coach with Greystone Rovers, - always striving to pick up ideas from Germany, Norway, Canada, - even the kids and parents themselves!
I could go on ad-infinitum, - but you'll be glad to know I will stop now. Let's just hope that Uncle Marvin softens his "I'm right and everyone else is wrong" approach for the sake of Queen of the South FC, - that's what really matters.
