I'm not sure we'll be able to buy a 'few' players because of ffp. You may need to prepare for disappointment.
Our needs won't be matched by what we're allowed to do.

Packed the midfield. Gordon on his own up top. Hope to nick a goal. Have Willock and Almiron breaking whenever we can. Livramento should have probably started.
I'd have played our star Italian summer signing...oh wait!
We've just been outyplayed by Bournemouth....again. Howe deserves criticism sometimes.
But as i said before, i go back to our summer transfers. it wasn't enough. Tonali and Barnes were a mistake.
All in all, this result was coming.
Our injuries and amount of fixtures have caught up with us.
I think it shows that, whilst our first team are a match for anyone, they're greater than the sum of their parts and, unfortunately, the reverse appears to be true for their replacements once you get past, say, Anderson and Murphy.
Isak should be back for Chelsea as for anyone else who knows, whats the point in bringing on Krafth with 2 minutes left.
I agree we were left light, especially up front.
Tonali and Barnes, however...that's only in hindsight. Barnes' stats put him ahead of the player he was replacing, Maxi, and Tonali was Milan's star player and most were delighted we'd bought him (in fairness to you, I think you were unsure to start with.
If Barnes had stayed fit and Tonali...well, ahem, cough....well, you know...you could have been thinking differently.
We need players who can do something from nothing too. The amount of times manu played crap like this and fernandes pops up with a goal.
I am not saying i want that whiney rat faced tosser, but someone of his quality would be nice.
