IMO Collins’ MOM was well deserved, he really put a shift in. Trivia time: I’ll stand corrected but I think Collins’ second goal is the first Derby goal scored with a player’s chest for 53 years, since John O’Hare scored the winner v Wolves in an FA Cup tie on 23rd Jan 1971

More of the same against Crewe please and then pick up where we left off today in a fortnight.
With the notable exception of Peterborough who we put 4 past! A bit of consistency would be nice, but its good to see goals being scored.

His misfortune is down to not actually being called Tommy and consistently spouting *******s plus the odd criminal conviction which tends to weaken ones credibility somewhat.

One’s credibility is also weakened by ignoring one’s moderator’s request to get back on the original subject

Hopefully... A corner has been turned and recent issues become a learning point, springboard for the season

Yep...you’re right, forgotten about that one. We’ve been disappointing for a couple of seasons against the higher ranked sides but I stand corrected. Hopefully, as RS says, a sign of things to come.

Hopefully, though there are some odd results this season in the league, so I'm prepared for more odd results and not so good performances. But I'm convinced we will be in the play offs at least come May.

Ah but when one's moderator doesn't have any credibility what is one to do?

One should consider the forum to be like a football match and the mod like a ref, able to issue yellow or for that matter red cards at his discretion

A well deserved victory. A 3-0 win over a promotion rival. Not something we tend to do that often.

The first? If that had been at the other end we'd all have been up in arms. The softest of soft penalties. About time we got one, I suppose.

Cracking 2nd from Fozzy. Another good shot from Fozzy was the keeper parry the ball and Collo was on hand to chest it in at the far post.

Later Sibs hit the bar. Collo might (should?) have had a 3rd.

An hour into the game, I commented to the wife that things don't get much better than this. Derby winning and me drinking a bottle of Pedigree on a Saturday afternoon.
