The type that holds the room when he talks, someone who has experience at the very top but also scraped in the lower leagues along with fighting relegation,
someone who actively gets involved with all aspects of the club and can develop a change In culture and practice.
Definitely needs proven experience of coaching and developing young players and the ability to turn non league rough diamonds into premier league stars. Someone who will be given time and we can trust that 3 years down the line the club will be in a better place.
