Interesting to see TS didn't make it onto the Top 20 local rich list in a paper recently (YP I think)... but the bloke who runs AES Seal did.

    Chris Rea of AES Engineering?

Wouldn’t have thought that TS would get in the top 100

Not being funny here guys but you can’t sell, or allow to leave, your best players and expect not to struggle. I accept that with some of the players the club had no choice and likewise your manager so expectations should surely take that into account. As for Warnes replacement, whoever comes in has a massive job on his hands to keep you up especially since he can’t make any signings until January and even then will there be money to spend and if so how much? I honestly don’t think you can expect to recruit a top quality manager like Wilder given the high possibility of relegation which no manager wants on their CV. Maybe next season if you do go down but for now I think you have to be realistic about who you can get. I obviously don’t know how bad Taylor has been for you but frankly as I pointed out at the start, it would have been a tough job for anybody coming in so maybe he just needed a bit more time? I genuinely hope whoever it is that he can keep you up as I’m looking forward to another “home” game for Wanderers next season!! 6

Interesting to see in the press TS says not in a rush, short list still being prepared for him and no interviews as yet. No plan to have anyone in place for Leeds game, I am surprised as this is a home game and another game gone. Everytime in recent years we played with no new manager we lost do we never learn. Keep away from any manager in work, it takes longer and costs more. There are plenty of good managers out of work and surely it will be a 18 month initial contract with options for both parties, what is there to do. So many other teams sort it in a few days it is like a working men's club selecting the new committe member.

That's libelous Derby. Here's TS at the start of the meeting where they narrowed down the list of candidates.

RUFC have been tapping Fatty and Ambitious up for months. If it doesn't come off it's not for the lack of trying. I don't sit in corporate so what would I know?

There could be many reasons why there's a delay. For all we know terms etc could have been agreed with someone but they've got holidays/commitments and can't start for another week or two.I wouldn't read a jot into these 'generic',box standard press quotes.
